“Elle” Lima (IEE): Socionics Personality Type Analysis

Elle Lima is an account manager working in a large technology firm in Austin, Texas. She has a strong passion for being a support figure in the lives she cares about while also being able to make time for exploring her various passions in life and the world around her.

The most obvious theme in the life of Elle is that she prefers to pursue her curiosities with the utmost intensity. When she finds something or someone interesting — she wants to learn, explore, or dive into, she dives deep head-first into all of its capabilities and potentials completely turning it inside out. The meaning of life wouldn’t be realized without quality relations to experience such moments with her. Additionally, Elle stresses the importance and sanctity of each one of her relationships, treating such bonds as if they were an extension of her own self. She enjoys finding ways to make things better, to check the details, and to ensure that things are done precisely and correctly. This serves her well in her professional position, ensuring that all the loose ends are tied up. Over a period of time however, the continued use of “getting things done” and ensuring that they are all done “correctly” tend to put a tremendous amount of stress on her as she isn’t always sure if it is consistent with the rules and regulations placed on her. She has little patience for systems, theories, rules, and models that have no real application in the world and she certainly tends to rebuke models that constrain or limit case-by-case evaluation. This excess need for systematic adherence to such systems tend to burn her out over the long term – needing another exploratory vacation to just “get away.” This demonstrates that she values Pragmatism and Laws is Subdued. Additionally, she feels a bit uncomfortable when she is asked to clarify what she means in the fewest words possible, as she feels context is everything. In her spare time, Elle enjoys restoring homes and antiques.
